About Dr. Ting Song Lim

Dr. Ting Song Lim is a prominent figure in Aesthetic Medicine in Malaysia, with extensive involvement in academic research and training on Asian facial and body aesthetics, the clinical application of fillers’ rheology, facial overfilled syndrome, pigmentary disorders, laser medicine, and regenerative medicine.

A graduate of Tohoku University School of Medicine under the Monbusho Scholarship, Dr. Lim is fluent in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and Japanese. He is recognized both regionally and internationally, frequently delivering lectures in multiple languages across the globe.

As an innovator and thought leader, Dr. Lim has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Best Abstract Award at the 5 CC conference in Barcelona for his work on “Facial Overfilled Syndrome” and the Anti-aging & Beauty Trophy for Best Clinical Cases in Non-invasive Body Reshaping and Facial Rehabilitation (2017-2018). He pioneered the “Target Specific Sandwich Technique,” which promotes the restoration of natural looks using fillers and biostimulators. Dr. Lim serves as a Key Opinion Leader for several leading companies, including Merz Aesthetics, Allergan, Teoxane, Cynosure, Cutera, Cosmoprof, and Viol. He is the Scientific Director for prominent conferences such as ADAC, iSwam, and FACE ASEAN and actively participates in major aesthetic conferences worldwide. Additionally, he sits on the Board of Directors of the International Society for Dermatologic & Aesthetic Surgery (ISDS).
